The BRAC program does work; use the Army Corp of Eng. website to gather your info and check your status. I used it myself when I PCS-ed here to the Eastern Shore of Md. from Cape Cod Ma.; yes Andre did research this for me to make sure it was a real program that was signed into law Oct. 1, 2009.

The very root of your writing while appearing agreeable at first, did not work well with me after some time. Somewhere within the paragraphs you actually managed to make me a believer unfortunately only for a very short while. I however have got a problem with your jumps in logic and one would do nicely to fill in all those breaks. When you can accomplish that, I will certainly end up being fascinated.
