Howard Co. is a great place to live. Just one thing before you purchase a home in any neighborhood drive through it at night just to see what it’s like. Hay I grew up in a nice are of St. Mary’s Co. MD. They I think back to some of the things some of my friends did at night. One of the funniest things I have ever seen is taking the for sale signs and putting them in different yards.
